Roxanne and Ashima have experience working in many sectors - community, research institutions and in large systems (justice, health, education). And we have worked every role in an organization - from frontline to Co-Executive Directors. We have authentic and real connections to communities in Edmonton. We have been organizational leaders and have tried, made mistakes, and learned from our own organizational efforts to incorporate equity in our organizational practice.
